At Salmon, our Quality Policy is a fundamental part of the service we provide.

We have implemented and certified our Policy since 1997, at the time with ISO 9002.

We were early-adopters in the implementation and certification of a Quality Management System, at a time when such systems were unknown in most companies, especially SMEs.

We are currently certified under ISO 9001:2015.

For the food sector, we implemented HACCP practices, which are the global standard under the Codex Alimentarius.

Additionally, and to respond to concerns regarding external violations of the value chain, we currently implement a Food Defense plan.
