Salmon in 2020 sent out to our Client Satisfaction Survey, as per our Quality Management System.
We asked our business partners to evaluate Salmon in five different aspects, to identify where we could do better and keep our commitment to continuous improvement.
We are very happy with the reported results, where Salmon’s services were given an average score of 94%.
We remain focused on serving Portuguese industry, meeting the needs of our clients and the market as a whole. We are therefore aware that, in spite of the broadly high scores received, there are areas where we can, and will, improve.
