Salmon carried out in 2022 a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The aim of our Quality Management System is to identify where we can improve, to keep our commitment of always doing more and better.
We are very happy to share the results of the Survey, which reports that 95% of our customers are pleased with our service.
We remain focused on serving Portuguese industry, meeting the needs of our clients and the market as a whole. So, in spite of the positive results reflected in the Survey, Salmon will focus primarily on the areas where our customers have shown us we can improve.
