Today, November 14th, is Portugal’s National Day for Equal Pay.

In Portugal, on average, women earn 13.2% less than men, but at Salmon we apply policies and practices regarding Equal Pay that make no distinction between women and men.

We are pleased to receive the Salary Equality Seal – 2024 awarded by the Commission for Equality in Labor and Employment (CITE). Salmon will continue its commitment to working for gender equality and eliminating pay gaps between men and women.
