ISO 9001 certification not only entails compliance with a set of, but it also adds a level of responsibility to optimizing processes, with a view to continuous improvement.
Quality departments are essential for ensuring the integration of procedures and processes throughout each organization. Their actions interconnect the various departments and help create synergies that facilitate the daily activities of each member.

This is how we at Salmon approach the implementation of NP EN ISO 9001:2015. The standard aims not only to attest to the proper functioning of the current Quality Management System, but also leads to the creation of value in internal and external relationships, namely:
- Customer focus. Customer relationships are a priority, through excellence in communication and clarity and transparency in the way issues are addressed;
- Supporting the sales team. Our sales team is one of the organization’s main assets. In this sense, we prioritize ensuring they have all the necessary tools for their activities, always in harmony with the QMS guidelines;
- Logistics. Having our own logistics facilities allows us enormous flexibility in meeting the various demands of the market and of challenges that arise from the constant movement of cargo, both upon incoming and outgoing;
- Supplier. The beginning of the value chain is of enormous importance in all subsequent activities. We strive for our partners to embody the values by which Salmon is governed: trust, ethics, and ambition. Our ambition is our partner’s ambition. We are constantly analyzing and evaluating the partnerships, even those that are decades-old, to ensure we can always improve.
We are always available to do more and better, and our customers and their respective markets are crucial to this achievement.
